Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are typically processed the same day.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched.
- Custom stitching orders may take 5-7 business days for processing.
Shipping Coverage
- We ship across India through trusted courier partners.
- Our courier partners include: Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post.
- Courier selection is based on your location and product type for fastest delivery.
- We currently do not offer international shipping.
- Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
- Same-day and next-day delivery available in select metro cities.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹999 across India.
- Standard Shipping: ₹99 for orders below ₹999.
- Express Shipping: ₹199 for faster delivery (2-3 days).
- Shipping charges are calculated based on order value, not weight.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) available with ₹50 additional charge.
- No hidden charges - final amount displayed at checkout.
Insurance & Risk of Loss
- All shipments are insured against loss or damage during transit.
- RopetoxFashion is responsible for lost or damaged items until delivery.
- Customers must inspect packages upon delivery and report any damage immediately.
- Damaged items can be returned for free replacement or refund within 7 days.
- In case of lost shipment, we will reship or refund the complete amount.
- Photo/video proof required for damage claims at the time of delivery.
Taxes & Duties
- All prices displayed are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax).
- No additional taxes or duties will be charged at the time of delivery.
- GST invoice will be included with your shipment.
- Corporate orders can request GST invoices for business purposes.
- Tax breakup is clearly mentioned in your order confirmation email.

Packaging Standards

Undeliverable Orders
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address, the courier will attempt redelivery.
- Customer will be contacted via phone/email for address verification.
- Maximum 3 delivery attempts will be made.
- After failed attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
- Customers can arrange re-shipment by paying shipping charges again.
- Refund will be processed after deducting forward and return shipping costs.

- Tracking number and courier details sent via SMS and email once order is shipped.
