When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) at the listed price. All orders are subject to acceptance by us.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST unless otherwise stated.

• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable at the time of order placement will be charged.

• We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

• Payment must be received before order processing (except for COD orders).

• In case of payment failure, your order may be automatically cancelled.

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting customer support or through your account dashboard.

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may return the product as per our Return Policy.

If we cancel your order, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags intact, and in original packaging.

Certain items are non-returnable, including innerwear, customized/stitched items, sale items marked as "Final Sale", and products without original tags.

Return shipping is free of charge. Our courier partner will pick up the product from your registered address.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.

Refunds are credited to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product).

Exchanges are available for size or color within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

Only one exchange is allowed per order. If the exchanged product has a different price, you will pay the difference or receive a refund accordingly.

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

• Infringe upon our intellectual property rights or those of others.

• Transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code.

• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our website without permission.

• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our website or services.

Violation of these prohibited activities may result in immediate termination of your account, cancellation of orders, forfeiture of refunds, and legal action.

We reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement authorities in investigating any suspected illegal activities.

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RopetoxFashion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms, we encourage you to contact our customer support team first to resolve the matter amicably.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you agree to attempt mediation or arbitration before pursuing litigation.

Any arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and shall take place in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
